After a long run or any workout your body needs to be feed.  It needs nutrients and all that lovely bull shit to make you into a better you. In my case its so I can run more and eat more.  Today’s recipe is super EASY. Its pretty much just boiling water and adding stuff.

Why Lentils? Well I was too lazy and go to the market; they are healthy, clean and THEY TAKE 30 MINUTES TO MAKE.

How to Make Lentil  Tacos

Fat Guy from Brooklyn’s Taco Lentils ingredients:
– 1 cup dried lentils, rinsed
– 2 Cups of water
– 1 cup salsa ***
– 2 Tablespoons of taco mix  ***

***use what ever  brand or style you like I dont give a fuck you are eating it

Hell feel free to add what ever you want also.

Now  to how to cook it. 

Add lentils to cold water bring to a boil then simmer.

In about 30 minutes add all the other stuff and you are done.
