I am just another lost millennial trying to figure life out one step at a time. Drifting through life like a ship in a stormy sea trying to find a port. This would be the fourth or fifth iteration of the Fat Guy From Brooklyn Blog. Each had its own focus and never felt truly like me. Concentrating on one topic would not do the readers justice or myself in that manner. This blog will focus on Food, Restaurants, and Technology because when you sum it up, that is who I am and what I know the best.

Restaurants
When I started this journey, the bread and butter of Fat Guy From Brooklyn were food and restaurants. What else did you expect from a Fat Guy From Brooklyn? Living in New York City, you are exposed to hundreds of restaurants every day, thousands over the years, constantly changing. I was fortunate enough to try many of them. The Restaurant industry will still be covered, but it will be my way. No more going out of my way for a pizza slice, no more foodie events with hundreds of people fighting to take a photo of the same things. I will eat what I want comfortably. I work hard and need to relax after work, not try to reinvent an image of something I am not in love with or proud of because I must post on time. Time to relax and enjoy.
Technology
It may come as a shock to many of you that I have a serious job. My real job is as a Technical Project Manager/ Solutions architect. What does that mean? I babysit adults and ensure they do what they need to, on time and under budget, while still running around and fixing whatever issues arise. I keep myself up to date on most technology because you never know what will be needed at work. All this knowledge will be added here for reference. Commentaries on Coursera classes and major articles will also be included. It’s not like I am doing this because I sometimes read so much miscellaneous stuff that I get confused and need my own cliff notes… NEVER
